Refund and Returns Policy

At Leelavathy by Suma Harris, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest quality. As many of our products are handcrafted and made with traditional techniques, slight
variations in colour, weave, texture, embroidery, or print are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following Exchange Policy.

No Returns & No Refunds

All purchases made through Leelavathy by Suma Harris are final.

We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only under the following circumstances:

You receive an incorrect product.
You receive a product with a manufacturing defect.
The product is damaged during transit.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To request an exchange, customers must provide:

Order Number
Clear photographs of the product
Photographs of the outer packaging
An unboxing video showing the issue (mandatory for damage claims)

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our Quality Assurance Team.

Products Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange requests will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.
Colour preference.
Personal dislike after purchase.
Incorrect size selected by the customer.
Sarees with fall and pico completed.
Sarees with tassels or any customization.
Stitched or altered blouses.
Customized or personalized products.
Sale, clearance, or promotional items.
Products that have been worn, washed, stained, perfumed, ironed, or altered.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is approved:

The original product must be returned in its original condition.
The replacement product will be dispatched after the returned product passes quality inspection.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the same product is unavailable, customers may exchange it for another product of equal or
higher value by paying the price difference.

Shipping Charges for Exchange

If the exchange is due to our error (wrong product, manufacturing defect, or transit damage),
Leelavathy by Suma Harris will bear the shipping cost.
In all other approved exchange cases, the customer shall bear the applicable shipping charges.

Natural Variations

Our sarees and ethnic wear are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor variations in colour, weave,
embroidery, zari work, print placement, or texture are inherent to handmade products and are not
considered defects.
