Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified for a
particular product.
Delivery is typically completed within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and
courier service availability.
Working days are Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, natural calamities,
transportation disruptions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Please note:

International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout or communicated before
dispatch.
Customs Duty, Import Duty, VAT, GST, local taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination
country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs clearance procedures may affect delivery timelines, which are beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed only after payment verification.
During festive seasons, promotional events, or high-demand periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you promptly and arrange a
suitable replacement or initiate a refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing the courier details and tracking number.

You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

Requests received after the specified period may not be eligible for review.

If your location is not serviceable through our regular courier partners, we will contact you with
alternative delivery options or, if delivery is not possible, provide a full refund.

Fair Usage Policy

To ensure efficient service for all customers, Leelavathy by Suma Harris reserves the right to restrict
certain services, including Cash on Delivery (if offered), promotional shipping benefits, or future
purchases for customers who repeatedly:

Cancel confirmed orders frequently.
Misuse return or exchange policies.
